Recien llegado de Madrid a las tierras de Mordor (aka Euskadi, o Euskal Herria, o como usted guste de calificar) toca balance de una semana sin respiro.
Lo primero es que no me queda otra que agradecer a mis anfitriones por la atención al detalle, y ese chocolate con churros que me ha alegrado la mañana.
Un chocolate con churros que ha servido de colofón al exceso de calorías que me he metido esta semana entre pecho y espalda en ese popular formato que en la capital se empeñan en llamar "tapa" cuando toda la vida han sido "pintxo".
Pero quizás esta discordancia de nombres no sea tan mala al fin y al cabo, ya que cuando uno las consume como visitante y abusa de ellas como en mi caso durante esta semana, te das cuenta de la calidad infernal de la "tapa" en contrapartida de la maestría del "pintxo".
Y es que tras 6 días allí la variedad de "picoteo" que he podido tener han sido: patatas fritas, carne guisada, torreznos, costilla-chorizo-morcilla y en ocasiones especiales un poco de queso. Eso sí, todo light.
En definitiva, las tapas son uno de los máximos exponentes del "a caballo regalado" que existen, ya que en otras condiciones ni de coña me como toda esa fritanga en una semana.

Iba a calentarte la cepa de la oreja por atreverte a comparar dos elementos que se encuentran en polos opuestos de el arte culinario, como son la tapa y el pintxo, pero afortunadamente tu mismo ya has explicado las cosas correctamente.
